All sweatshirts are handmade using premium materials. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons ( holidays, launches, preorders), processing may extend to 4-5 business days.

All Haus of Faith sweatshirts are handmade using premium vinyl. Please allow 2–3 business days for
processing. During launches or holidays, processing may extend to 4–5 business days.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive in:
• 3–5 business days (Standard Shipping)
• 4–7 business days (Free Shipping $75+)
Shipping times do not include processing time.

• Flat-rate shipping: $5.99
• Free shipping on orders $75+
Orders ship via USPS or UPS.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to
update.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout. If a package is returned due to
an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Haus of Faith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.
Please contact USPS/UPS directly to file a claim.
