Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Free Shipping: Get free shipping on all orders over $60. Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Haus of Faith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. Please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.
